Spike Tuna?
There is this riddle named "Forgotten Hilltop Ruins" and apparently you need to catch a spike tuna "?barbed tuna fish?" for it. I have no clue where to get it and the only guide I found online just tells you to catch the stupid fish without telling you where to get it, like amazingly helpful. I have tried fishing in closest zones I have unlocked to Mt. Velus with no use, bad luck?
