Buy or don't buy the DLC's?

Hello,
first of all I haven't bought the game yet, but from what I read in the description, reviews and what I saw in the preview it seemed pretty good. The heavy amount of DLC's especially 3 Season passes got me wondering though.

Do the DLC's give something in return?
Are any DLC's worth it?
And do the 2 characters that come with the DLC's change the flow of the game, or rather should I get them atleast?

Because, in total , 74€ seems a bit high when the game is allready a full price title.

PS: I usually only buy games and DLC's when in Sale above xor equal to 60%

dont buy the season pass, only the content you want , i i think character is enought

So base game and chars, levels if you feel like grinding a different area for the hell of it?
