So when do we get approvement?
How long does it take usually? Still can not use achievements in profile.

No one knows. For now you can only display the game on your game collector & favorite game showcases.

It won't even let me do that, i tried to make it my favorite game but it wouldn't even show up in my list of games to choose from. I can't do anything with it at all.

There's a trick that can allow you to feature any Steam app as your favorite game, you just need to use browser console to do that, if I remember it right.
