Unofficial achievement patch

Sooooooo ... I had enough waiting for the devs to move their ass, so I decided to dig into their code myself.

And here is the process :
- Download the file
- In your library : right-click the game > Properties > Local files > Open local files
- Go to : Picross Hansel and Gretel_Data > Managed
- Replace the "Assembly-CSharp.dll" in this folder by the one you downloaded
- Launch the game
- If you already got the in-game trophy, you'll need to create another game profile. Do it.
- Play the first 3 levels, so you have enough coins. I made it so you'll only need to buy 1 hint, so you'll need 1k gold instead of 20k.
- Once you have 1k gold, start a level, buy a hint, then finish the level. The "Precise course" achievement should pop up, in game and on Steam.

I also fixed the other achievements not being awarded at the right moment. I already got all other achievements except "Precise course", so I couldn't test it, but in-game achievements pop up at the right moment (like the "Lucky Clover" one), so it should be alright. If you see that something doesn't work the way it should, don't hesitate to send me a message !

A more technical note :
Like another player stated in previous post, devs just hardcoded all their achievements, and it goes from 0 to 19, so ... 20 achievements, while this game only has 19. It's likely that they deleted one, hence creating an offset. As a developer, it just made me sick to look at this kind of code.

I tried your patch and now I finally got those achievements! Thank you so much!!!

Sadly I am still missing 1 scroll, I assume I am missing the last one, I will try to finish my last level in my old save again to see if it shows now, but if not, not sure if there can be anything done with that because without that I can;'t finish the game :(
Will let you know after I tried the last level if it shows or not, it's 0:11 and to tired to do such a big puzzle right now! ^^

Try replaying a level after finishing the game, I remembered having to do that back then. And make sure you unlock all trophies with the same profile.

Ok, I did all last levels of the map again to see if any of them would trigger the scroll but it did not, meaning I am still stuck at that, I have now 2 scrolls and not sure how many I need but I still can't finish the game :( Not sure how much trouble it would be for you to check that out? To check why the last level doesn't trigger the ending or maybe put the ending on any level so I can finally finish this damn game :P

When I analyzed this bug, I wasn't quite willing to let the developers off without doing anything to fix their mess. It would hurt my pride as a developer if I had to rely on players to fix what is broken, especially with a bug that is this simple in nature.

But as a fellow player, thank you very much for going a bit further and providing a fix. I just got the last achievement, now I can finally forget about this game again.

I can understand that hope you can manage to fix it since I really don't want to have to start over again and the devs seem to have given up :( If you can't, I am already very happy you tried!!

It doesn't seem like there is a bug with this achievement, as it was one of the non-broken achievements (prior to my patch). Did you have all trophies in a single profile ?

In case you have the motivation to redo a walkthrough, someone made a guide with all solutions for each level. It will still take some time, but it will be much faster than doing it from scratch.

And to be perfectly sure you got it, do it with the original file (properties > verify game files to re-download the original file), then use my patch. This way you'll be in the same situation as me when I made the patch.

No, I missed 2 achievements, because the game never gave me the last spell part even though I beat all levels, it would never let me end the game and so get the last achievements :(
I will redo the game and see if this time it will play out for me, let's hope it was just a 1 time glitch and won't happen a 2nd time, will let you know when I beat it again!

An update, this time I did get all the scrolls, the story ended but the achievements still didn't drop (get all scrolls and get all achievements) so at the end I just decided to do the last puzzle AGAIN and that worked so now I finally finished this game!!

Hello! Thanks a ton for this unofficial patch that definitely should have come from the devs but didn't because they don't seem to care...

I'm still having issues with one achievement. COLLECTOR'S JOY - All Trophies collected. Any suggestion on how to get this one completed? My initial save is entirely completed and I have 3 scrolls

Edit: Just noticed that I'm missing the in-game trophy "SAVIOR" which is for collecting all the scroll parts, yet I already have the achievment?
