Shelters not restocking Water?
Hello Guys,

Basically my whole Village has the Issue that no house has Water, while I have hundreds in stock. They seem to not be stocked by the Market, so Houseowners stock it by themselves, but they are working all day so basically the houses keep being without Water forever. How to solve that? Is that a bug?

No well within house radius. They will always complain if there isn't a well close enough. There isn't a yellow ring but you can see when you go to build a well which houses it highlights.

It is also possible that there are just too few wells and they keep running out of water. But that is rather rare if you have a good spread of them. Even on barren maps with arid land, I typically don't run into issues of wells remaining completely dry for too long.

It seems workers will also dehydrate if there isn't a well near there work place. I've had hunter cabins and such have that issue if I place them too far away from wells.

No, you don't have to "spam Wells everywhere".

Good luck in your journey to complete a basic task of survival.

I have 450!!! water on stock. Its impossible to deliver that water from my storage to the peoples houses. Yeah, absolutely my fault.

The issue is not the amount of water, but how far people need to go to get it. Logistics are a major part of the game. You can have 1000 units of food on the far side of the map, but that's not really useful to the people so far away.

Guys, you just need wells within radius of the homes. 1 well basically covers an entire housing district. An extra here or there near industry sectors is also useful. Partly to be near in case of fires, party because many places also use water.

Medium gardens are great for raising desirability. They stack with each other, unlike most other decorations. They are 2x2 placement. Often, I'll have a row of these in between houses and I'll just place a well in one of the spots since it is also a 2x2 placement. The upgraded well also gives desirability.

The Water is stored in the wagon, the wagon is literally next to all my houses.

Yes, the Issue is that Buildings need a Well in range. This isnt really well communicated in the game though.

Water is stored in wells, not in the wagon.
