Suggestion: We Need Way To Fire Workers
We need a way to fire workers.

This ability could be the exact same as we have for firing individual soldiers in the Barracks/Forts.

Otherwise, the only way to get rid of a worker that is not performing well (i.e. is intoxicated/drunk) is to remove All Workers, then Rehire hoping you don't get stuck with the same 'slacking/intoxicated worker'.

It would be very helpful if we could simply fire workers as we can individual soldiers.

Just my .02 :)

As it is now, I think the best action is to just not build a pub. They should tone down the effects of intoxication. That or they should make the reward of the pub more enticing.

I would very much like this too or at the very least a Village Constable.

I don't want to get rid of my Pubs though, the tax income they bring is Good for my village.

As I've mentioned in the past, the way I minimize widespread drunkenness across the village is to limit Beer Production overall. I make just enough so all the pubs have some beer, but not enough so villagers can just binge drink into oblivion whenever they wish.

Way too extreme for my village. haha

Limiting beer could work. But if it is gold you are looking for primarily, selling beer to the traders seem more profitable without taking that risk? I build pubs in my town but turn it off since I'm just after its aesthetics

Yeah, I sell Beer too. :)

I found found though (and am currently seeing) that Merchants don't always want Beer. In fact in my game for the past five or so years Merchants just don't want Beer, oddly Stone is the Trend as of late.

Mine is the opposite. Every year there's always 1 trader buying beer. Guess it's RNG. I'm actually mostly selling beer just to get rid of my overly excess honey which seems to last forever. I got 4 dedicated storehouse storing 4k honey each.. And I can't lower my bee hives since wax production is just enough.

Speaking of Honey...

I hope we get some new Recipes for the Bakery that utilize Honey.

The possibilities are almost endless with the Recipes that could be added.

Agree on this. The bakery can be expanded more. They can also use honey in farms to help with diseases and such.

You know, that would be a good idea. :)

Also, it could be used Medicinally for various ailments at the Healer's House.
