Suggestion: Designate forbidden areas
There is a raider's camp very close to my starting location. One of my villagers was killed accidentally bumping into the camp, while exploring. Now my villagers will, one by one, casually walk up to that camp in order to collect the corpse for burial... then get themselves killed and add their corpse to the pile.

They are clearly blind and can't see the raiders right in front of them, so please give us the ability to set areas off-limits, so the silly people don't just walk up to the raiders and get themselves killed.

villagers are quite short sighted. I suggest an optometrist on Tier 2.
It will also prevent soldiers which are guarding a relic area to starting fighting when the raiders have tapped there shoulders.

Yeah, before we were able to hold off going after a relic or clear the site and guard it. I'm assuming raider outposts are a bit tougher and need clearing later, so an early accidental discovery can really cause issues. Would like this feature too.

Maybe they should make the raider camps a little bit more "intelligent".
At the start a raider camp is just 3 raiders. After 10 years it is 5 and after 20 years they get a tower. They will stop "growing" once they have 2 towers and 20 raiders.

but yea, it is all about mecanics and will change the game a lot.

In all the games I've played, laborers do not attempt to gather bodies killed by the camps until you've cleared the camp.

I have this problem too except with dropped goods. Someone got too close to the raid tower, got shot at and dropped stone, so now everyone wants to get the stone. I've lost over 15 people so far.

Totally down for a Forbidden Entry area. I saw how it worked in War for the Overworld and MAN I want it in almost every other game I play that has automated workers.

So, I just realized it's still here in 2025.
I've just ignored it but got annoyed atm, maybe more than 20 people died so far with a population of 160 atm.
Doesn´t happen to me since the latest updates. When someone dies to a camp, the other dudes will just let him lie there forever.

Yeah... this would be useful... I had a failed raid at a camp and a few soldiers died, luckily nobody tried to retrieve their gear, but I can imagine this happening by accident if wood loggers approach a camp too soon in the game... or an explorer.
