Food types for house upgrade

Can anyone list down the unique food types that is considered when houses decide to upgrade?
Is fish and meat considered a different food type? what about smoked fish and raw fish?
Under vegetables, there's beans, root veg, greens. Are these 3 considered different food types?
The same with fruits there's berries, nuts, preserves.

No, no and no basically. If you look under your food report top left of the screen you'll see that food types are things like protein, vegetables, etc. So protein is meat/fish whether it's raw or smoked. Vegetables are all types of them.

Wait according to that link people can't eat raw meat/fish? But I've seen villagers get raw meat for food

Probably cook it over a fire before they eat it - same as you do in real life.

Nah they eat ir Rawwww. haha. Move a vilager around the map while it has meat as food, they will eat it while walking around.

First thing you guys need to do is uncheck raw meat, fish and milk from any storage/market except for root cellar.

For house upgrades, meat/fish, cheese, bread, and some beans/farm food is enough. You can always at some arbories to supply fruits as well. So you need 4 out of 5.

T4 is max for houses, later they will release T5 houses so i guess at that point you will need all.
