Stone deposits

Are stone deposits (for quarries} indicated by a little symbol like clay and sand? I never seem to see any...

It will be the stone icon with an infinity symbol next to it. I usually find them on mountains.

nope, there is no regular stone deposits, but there are stones big and small on the ground, the only stone deposit is for infinite stones (requires tier 4 town centre).
use H button and choose area to harvest trees or stones etc, check what do you need and laborers will get it.

This will depend on your map, it may not have any infinite stone deposits on it. Maps don't always have all resources on them.

Thanks for saying this. I actually came to the community page to find out why the deep deposits weren't working for me.

every building has requirements on its info window, as well there are resources needed to build it. you are welcome
