Question Finding Mods Folder and Installing Mods

Hi all

I am trying to install some mods for FF on the computer my grandson uses but i am having a bit of a problem. I have searched the FF files but i can not find the Mods folder.

I have look d through the mods on Nexus and found some that will help but an a bit confused as to what other files i need. I read through some posts on installing and this is my understanding of the instructions.

One post states that i need to download Asset Manager. Melon Loader, then the mods i want
Another posts just states that i download Melon Loader and the mods i want.

Most times when i down load mods for gamed i just download the mod manually and put it in to the mods folder.

Can some one please help me.

melon loader is all you need.

location of mod folder:
..\Steam\steamapps\common\Farthest Frontier\Mods

Game does not officialy support mods yet, that's why you need melon loader.

Thanks Cotaks, I have Melon Loader and the required net file installed.

How can I tell if all the mods I install are working. I know the one for the market is because the active area has increased.

I have included Terrain Helper, Add Villager, Mini Map, and Add Item.
