More food options please
Ok first question, why is the kind of vegetables not available the "potato" we want mash veg and meat please 👍 but on a more serious not there are alot of staple veg that need to be there. Also instead of a "market" can we have market stalls ? Which then helps with specific selling items. Thanks

Potatoes are New World crops which the devs seem to want to avoid including in the game. The crops we have are European/Middle East based as per the medieval theme of the game.

We need chicken, it's not a utopia without deep-fried chicken.

A t1 coop and then a t3 hen house so that you can farm eggs along with meat. Eggs could allow a new confectionery for making high end luxury food for the promised tier 5 housing.

As medea said, the so called "new world" crops would probably be something we'd add post release or in DLC.

More farm animals though...adding at least one or two more is probably on the table before v1.0.

I think chickens would be the most useful at this stage though pigs could add to the farming side with their manure and also be a different way to deal with refuse other than a nightsoil collector.

edit; oh and feathers from the chickens could be used for beds and pillows as an additional desirability check for higher tier housing.

Is there going to be a plan for multi-purpose plants?
Like grain type of plants not only giving grain, but straw as well, that could be used for building and/or animal feeding.

Or grapes later on at highest tier (not necessarily a luxury as during medivial times it wasnt a luxury but rather a necessity to "disinfect" water)
