Houstead Built Not Count

so i found this bug or issues, in my town tier 2, i already built so many houstead but in the town center not counted, it maximise in 15 Houstead, instead counting the real homestead i already built. Last time update i think the game works okay, no prob with this houstead.

Homesteads are the tier 2 upgraded homes.

Yes, you start with Shelters which you probably have a lot of, but these need to upgrade to Homesteads. That's done by providing your villagers with the things they need like food, a certain level of desirability, etc. Then the Shelters will upgrade to Homesteads (assuming you have the auto upgrade turned on - top right corner of the screen) and then your town centre will be able to be upgraded providing the rest of the requirements needed for that are met.
