Since they're already fixed as far as Crate knows, no. If it's actually a bug and not that some houses aren't covered by a market then please report said bug here

Adding more workers to the production buildings will allow them to stock storage areas more efficiently, And storage areas should be easily and quickly accessible to both the production areas and the market/neighborhoods.
The issue is that pathing/prioritization for stocking the market is broken. You can have a cellar right next to the market stocked with multiple kinds of food, but the grocer will instead go halfway across the map to get 10 meat from a hunting cabin somewhere. There's no way to tell them where to get supplies from, and they're just flat out dumb about it.
