Hello,
Since September, I see that my Farmers suddenly are dying, while working in the fields. They said they are starving, but i hab enough food.
Does someone other has the same problems?

Did you accidentally fence them in completely, without an open section of fence or a gate they can use to get out of the field? It can happen, if you are building fences while farmers are in the field working. Our people do not know how to climb over fences, the same way that deer do not know how to walk through an open gate.
Cows are smarter than both- if you set their grazing area to overlap a fenced field, they seem to know how to shift through fences and enter and exit the field, while eating some of your crops (which will show as "crops lost to wildlife").

The pest deer can also use gates. Im wondering why fences even exist when you need a gate to let your workers in, but then the deer jsut path around the fence to the gate and waltz on in and eat the crops.

How far away are your farms from your village, you might need to put a temporary shelter out by the fields.

Yup, this is the problem of not having actually how to manage the jobs/priority. Maybe some of his farmers are just living too far, even if there are houses nearby. This solution here might work.
