Forager Shack & Developed Land

I haven't seen anything mentioned about the forager's shack so i'm going to probably chalk it up to be an absolute bad seed roll.

I have scouted a decent sized area thus far and all over it says 0% for developed land. Or i'm somehow missing something.

Ass far as I can tell, "Developed land" is land that has stuff built on it, thereby blocking the growth of the wild plants the forager collects. So at the beginning of the game, the "Developed land" counter is always zero. (Note that for buildings like the forager's shack, you can move the work radius without moving the building itself, to take advantage of whatever plants are in season nearby.)

I had a feeling so I re-rolled the map. I have sumac on this one which confirms that I just had a bad seed roll with no foraging nodes. No clay pits either from the large area I explored.
