deer stuck in farm any solutions?

i was hoping to not wipe out the herd in 1 go. i was also hoping to be able to do it without breaking down the fences and chasing them out manually

Go to your hunter lodge, click on hunter's portrait so you have the hunter highlighted, then right click on deer and you will see a small sword. he will come to remove them.

Open your fence, then send several laborers into the field. The deer should get spooked and leave. Then close up the fence again

Keep it closed as a pet deer farm. Charge gold ingots for tourism. Fun for the whole family.

Oh no, you beat me to it. Keep it as a pet was my first idea aswell.

i do actually have a deer farm already. i wrapped my outer walls around a 3 chevron deer spawn to trap them then built up the fenced area.

Herds never fully deplete and will regenerate over time so might as well stick a hunter next to the fields and let him go to work.
