Hunters wipe out population after new patch...
Anyone else have this problem?

Pre Patch: One Hunter and a deer population worked great, they reproduce and the Hunter keeps going.
Post Patch: One Hunter wipes out 2 great populations of deer within 4 years. The icon and the deer disapears.

Is this intended? How can you sustain this?

It's not a new thing. I first had it happen in v0.7.5 (e or f?):

Check your storages- not just root cellars, but anywhere meat, hide and tallow can be stored- including the hunter's cabin.
If there is nowhere to store the carcasses or any of its byproduct, the hunter keeps hunting until there is somewhere for him to drag the carcasses off to and start butchering them.
In my case, every single bit of storage I had for carcasses, hides, tallow and meat was full up. He wiped out a 9 deer herd repeatedly until I got that taken care of, and storage space became available for him to empty his cabin and start butchering meat in it again.

I read this, but this is not the problem, they didn't left the deers behind, but they hunt that fast, that they can't reproduce anymore. Storages are near empty...

And i never hat this problem before

If a hunter cabin's storage fills up for any of the items (meat, tallow, hides), it can result in them going ham, I mean venison on nearby deer.

This is an issue on our list.
