Achievement "Who Needs Therapy? (Jen, Still)" for completion "Anxiety dream: Jen" not unlocking for me.

I completed the entire story with all side objectives on medium difficulty, then I completed this entire dream separately from start to finish. The achievement still doesn't appear. What could be the reason and how can I fix it?

Might need to Mission Select it from the main menu and just beat the missions that way. Then you can mission select back to the final mission and skip it to get back to the post-game state with all your normal credit. Guessing it just tracks the mainline story progress and not individual level completions for that achievement.
