Banks confidence objective on Escalation - The Cavalry?

Unless I'm really stupid and just missing something, I don't see any way to make enemies unsteady for the confidence objective for Banks on this level. It's also kinda weird that she's not playable on the level either. How did y'all go about doing this one?

Play it a second time - you can mix and match which characters you bring on the second playthrough. Bring Banks, drop some vials full of drugs on people, done.

Yeah, I'd say almost all confidence goals can feasibly be done the first time around, though you might need to get very clever and think outside the box (the amount of times Jen has shunted an ally with a static bolt just to move them a couple spaces closer to a reinforcement door they need to seal... guh).

But there are a couple that really do feel like they're meant to be replayed with a different setup.
