On the final fight...
Alright, just trying to eke out some things for Liv's...particularly irritating form of defense. Anyone else, feel free to throw the results of your own experimentation!

As far as I can see, the most consistent weakness that can be exploited is that Zan's Predictive bolt doesn't seem to trigger it-presumably, as a chronomancer, she can dodge if given any time, but there's no time when you're attacking based on what hasn't happened yet. So you can simply place it so he's lined up with her and an ally is blocking the shot, set it up, then move them out the way.

A somewhat more difficult one to use is that AoE's that would hit her and her 'swap target' anyway get around her defence. Spore Bomb are probably one of the ones that can best abuse this, since they're fire-frendlyproof, but one can also try some tricks using Chain Bolt or Sedative Cocktail.

She also doesn't seem to react to flinging things into her-so while you can't Charge her directly, you can throw up a riot block in front of her, then Charge the riot block to slam it into her (upgrade that re-freshes it when destroyed once a turn heartily recomended). Or enemies, or teamates if you're desperate.

Transference also seems to work normally, presumably because it's not technically an attack itself. I imagine the upgrade that refreshes it's use if you use it to protect an enemy could let you cheese it by treating an enemy like a voodoo doll for her.

one that I've considered, but haven't tested yet: if Dall's Panic upgrade still works normally, or if the ensuing panic shot would end up hitting Liv's swap target.

When Dall swaps, she is considered as having swapped with Liv's swap target. This means you usually get the mana back (if you have friendly refund) from a swap, since it ends up being a swap with a friendly. I haven't tried the panic upgrade (99% of my swaps are with friendly targets, so that never seemed a great perk to me) but I assume panic is targeted at the swap target.

You are correct that genius grant is... kind of broken here.
She'll swap when pushed too, so you can use Chain bolt targeting both her and her swap target to move her into hazards or off the map. Also if you can stun her she can't use her tricks. Rion's quicksprout also gives you your action back if you hit Live and she swaps and I found that occasionally useful.
