NonWindows Builds?
I'd like to see a Mac and Linux option for this. I saw the article on Ars Technica, it's immediately the type of game I want - but not compiled for nonWindows systems.

This looks like a great cross-OS and cross-platform game. I'd like to support the creators. Let's see more system options!

+1 here!

I think the ship is sailing on this one, Win32 *is* the stable cross-platform API for games. In my experience, Linux builds of games tend to be buggier than running the Win32 version under Proton.

Mac is a little further behind, but I hear good things about Whisky.

I'd love to get it working on Whiskey, but so far have had no luck. Loving the game, but playing on the Steam deck is cramped, would much rather use my (mac) laptop :(

It works on Whisky for me on a M1 mac -- the trick is to set up windows steam on whisky and then run windows games through that.

The only thing that doesn't work is the level editor, but everything else has been 100% fine.

A defenestration sim without windows?

Can confirm, runs perfectly fine on Whisky here after doing the setup same as posted above - new Win10 bottle, install Steam in there, then install TBW through Steam and play. No Winetricks or other adjustments necessary. Hardware is a M1 Max MBP16.

Native Mac support would be amazing of course, or maybe even iPadOS in the future - the turn-based gameplay works great with touch controls. But one thing at a time, for now I'm just happy I can play it, and the game runs great.

I'm playing on pop_os with proton 9 and it's been working flawlessly. It would be nice to not need a compatibility layer but in this case it seems to be fine without native linux support

CPU and graphics both AMD
