Where do I get the basic accelerator coil?

I'm trying to make a flash-saber, because I'm at that part right after Micheal's Birthday, where the time agents keep killing me, so I've decided to make one in the past. I have everything I need, except for the coil. Where can I get one?

you should be able to make it with a mr crafty, buying some copper also from the smithy in the 1800s
