Strange device in 1944

So, I got the strange device from 1944, Athor made the tracker and I have to find 3 other strange devices. I found the 2004 and 1884 ones, but there doesn't seem to be another one in 1944. I even travelled to Nov. 12th, a couple hours before, only to find nothing. Where is it?

Gibsonn I think that shallow night was a bit confused there. That is where you can find Henry Philas next to the Strange Device in 1944. In the mission that starts the hunt for the Strange Devices.

i know that, i found the 1884 one but i have tried for over an hour looking at every crevice in 1984 and 2004 and i still cant find the damn devices. i've heard that this game has an amazing story, but i cant even access it because of my monkey brain, and also there is not a single full walkthrough / guide that is up to date. and i cant research anything further because the name "no time" has like 3 other games associated with it and multiple movies.
