Experience gain for less fighters?

Do you gain more xp if you use less than the required amount of people in a fight?

Yes, you get less experience for every fighter as it is divided equally; however, this makes it so that you can theoretically have only one gladiator getting all of the exp and leveling really fast.

Ok lets try this for a 2nd time. Is the exp a fixed amount?
4 fighters get 100exp per person.
2 fighters get 200exp per person.
Is this correct?

You could test this in Tournament very quickly.
Before I would have said Yes but so much has changed, now I have no idea.
