Difference Martyr vs Prophecy ?

What is a difference between Martyr and Prophecy, i started from Martyr and almost done all main quests but now i see i got some proghecy on steam xD There is info about new class but i no see difference between creation char in both i got same classes to choose :(

Martyr is the base game and Prophecy is the expansion.
You have a seperate entry in your steam library because Prophecy can also be played stand-alone.
You will only have access to the tech adept class, if you play Prophecy stand-alone.
If you own both, you have full access no matter which one you start.
There are a few issues with DLC recognition if you play via Prophecy.
So, the general recommendation is to play via Martyr, unless you are going for the Prophecy steam achievements.

You cant't play coop with friend if you don't have Martyr.
We tried. We don't see each other in lobby.
He has both.
I have only Prophecy

This should not be the case.
It is more likely that you created your characters in different seasons.
Only if both characters are in the same season or both non-season, will you be able to coop.

How can i play original martyr story with my Mechanicus character?
It sends me to Mechanicus storyline when i start new game as mechanicus In Martyr
