Just watched a couple reviews, both pointed out a few things that put me off...Very cringe dialogue, Excessive grinding (Which I generally like...except....) a VERY short narrative (One said ignoring the stat padding 20 minutes if you combine it) while the other said in total around 7 hours.

havent played much yet, but the dialogues are pretty funny, imo. A lot of swearing and early 90s slang. I am enjoying it so far.

I beat the main campaign in 6 hours. There is side content as well though.

I know you probably can't probably compare it but I remember that I got to play at leas 60 hours now trying to complete Bug Fables and 5 hours in Last Rose a short RPG for half the money.

I think I wait for a few more review or a sale. Haven't found an LP yet but maybe tomorrow I can watch an episode or some gameplay.

the man hook to this game is the randomized loot sdystem, and the replenishing loot creates you open by fighting enemies.
if you don't liek the battle system, or grinding your character into an unstoppable powerhouse - then this may not be for you.

You are rewarded for grinding and enemies, loot rewards, and weapons all scale with you.
You can power level in the very first area in the game, if you want. There's no limits. Evenm the bosses upgrade quality, attacks and stats with you.

I just got past a mission to beat up an MMORPG player which is literally your very first misison, and i have spent 2 hours in the game.

I love it.
