Are Side cases missable for cyber sleuth

iv been trying to figure this out if im just missing cases or they don't start really appearing till later chapters.
and i tried looking it up and i couldnt find any real info one way or the other.

Are you referring to the random Detective side works on the board? I think it is not missable but random, and it will unlock more cases when you progress. When you need the 1, better do it early so you don't need to re-roll to get the desired one

not those the blue ones and yellow ones.
i know the red ones are main mission
and i think purple is dlc so pretty sure i cant miss those.
and the green ones are just terrible without the ability to block encounters as there mostly fetch quests
