still no way to skip dialogue/cutsences?

Nope. First time player. Pretty bad turn off. Gets good after 6 hours though. Depends on how much you want to read through story / hit the A button.

im confuse about install guide on iv. about tools folder, can you explain more about it. after create tools folder. it's doesn't seem the "tools" folder from the latest SimpleDSCSModManager release into this folder.

Download the latest mod manager release from here and have it install the mod. That should be everything you need to do.
