My character moves really slow in some of the areas in the game

when I first got into the and went to EDEN entrance my character was moving extremely slow and I don't why and it is happening in other areas as well.

The movement speed is tight to framerate, I believe there's a mod to resolve the issue but I didn't try it myself,

There is indeed a mod to solve the issue, i had to do it myself, otherwise the game was unplayable.
