Lilithmon Perfect PVE Build?

I have had a look online but answer are all over the place and nothing is together. I am looking for a perfect/definitive PVE Hard Mode build for Lilithmon (I am playing on normal but want her to annihilate everything with ease).

So I am looking for:

Personality?
Stat Distribution?
Full Move Set (20 moves total)?
Equipped Move Set?
Equipment?
Accessories?

I think that should cover everything? I also know I want Acceleration Boost on her, I need to de-digivolve her to get her ABI up so what would be the fastest route to that?

As I read, most recommend increasing speed by 50 points and then the remaining 100 points in attack or intelligence, depending on the Digimon.

Increasing Lilithmon's Intelligence will make her stronger.
