Is the online scene alive?

If so, what is the meta? Is there a tier list or ban list? Are there rules agreed upon? Are there any useful attacks some digimon should have besides drain?

No its dead. It was designed so poorly that everyone was just using the same Team to fight. You can sometimes find someone on the Forms to set up a fight, but your not likely to ever find someone waiting in the Game.

Luckily if you just want the Achievements, or the Accessories, you can fight the AI to get them instead. I have never bothered myself as I just dont do PVP in Games anymore.

Dang that sucks, I was looking forward to it, all that pain from single player gone away for at least some decent pvp. I was even trying to make a team around certain supports.
