Crashing in chapter 2

Whenever I return to the detective agency area, my game crashes. I can go anywhere else just fine. How do I fix this?

Try to open Event Viewer and check what is the error causing it then search online to fix it

Also update your graphic driver if that is an option

Better yet: post the crash log (in particular the crash offset) here. Legend has it there are people who know what they're doing here. ;)
