Digifarm help??????

I don't know if i'm missing something or if i'm just dumb, but one of my team members needs some extra stats and i don't want them falling behind so i just put my whole team in and let the 30 minute training timer run in the background. Except the leader was the attack up personality (not going to try and say the name because I will probably remember it wrong), the island is maxed out and i've filled it with the good versions of the stat ups i need, but cross checking after training they're barely changing if at all? It's 7 digimon so maybe it'd be more efficient to put the one i need specifically with the farm goods all being the desired stat? The only other experience i have with the digifarm is from dusk it was NOT good

Okay, in order to increase Digimon stats, you need to check if they have the ABI value to afford the stat increase or no.

Do remember that the Digimon will only increase the stat that is tied to the personality, if the specific Digimon is having ATK up personality, no matter what stat item you put in, it will only train its ATK to increase
