Can't Start Hacker memory after beating Cyber Sleuth

Need help, I can't play hacker memory despite already completed Cyber Sleuth campaign and it's extra end game challenges. How do i start hacker memory while keeping my cyber sleuth progress intact.

I don't fully remember, but can you just go into "continue" and then press left to select the Hacker's Memory slot?

Also, are you playing on PC? I can't remember the game locking you out of Hacker's Memory if you haven't beaten the base game.

Ah so it was actually using new game. It's been a while since I started a new game. :P

This problem is very simple, you only need to enter [Hacker Memory] in [NEW GAME], this will not destroy the archive of [Complete Edition], if you have not cleared [Hacker Memory] in [NEW GAME],then you can't enter [Hacker Memory] in [NEW GAME +], this is because [Complete Edition] and [Hacker Memory] have a related [Customs Clearance Code].
