Tactical USBs should only work on the ones they are equipped too. I also strongly doubt they work unless said Digimon is in Combat. The reason I say this is because the Game only seems to check for Abilities and Items that are in Combat at the time.
I could be wrong though. You could try saving, do a battle with said reserves having on the USBs and write down the Exp. Then load and repeat without them. That would get your answer for sure. Just make sure you fight the same group to make sure the Exp is the same each time.
Thanks for the response! So I guess I'll keep my PlatNumemons at 99 🙂.. and yeah I'd test this myself but I currently too lazy to find an area with consistent group of digimons to check the XP gains.
I've done some testing myself last night. And YES I agree with you 💯!Tactical USBs as well as PlatNumemons are broken for XP though I hope they keep it that way since preparing for them takes time anyway.. 🤷🏻♂️
But yeah, here's what I found out:
Also thanks for the work, both of you.
