Stuck in Hacker's Memory's Chapter 10

Playing thru Hacker's Memory's Chapter 10 I am trying to get thru Under Kowloon Lv4 but on the second" flying part" (idk what else to call it) I am stuck, just cannot procceed ahead, wont let me move forward. I have no idea if that is intended in any way shape or form but all the guides I have looked up never mentioned anything about it and I couldnt find anything about that being a known bug either so idk how to procceed.
Any help would be highly appriciated.

Oh, about that, try left + up or right + up to move forward like diagonal direction

I usually open menu and exit menu.
Usually this step will unlock and you can move normally again by press Up.
