I hope my memory serves me right.

Digimon raises cam by digivolving and de-digivolving.

For every 1 battle completed with a Digimon partner, all Digimon in the player's active party will have their CAM stat raised by 1%. Note that Digimon in the player's reserve slots will not have their CAM stat raised this way.

The fastest way however is to feed your Digimon meat in the farm.

You can also raise CAM with "Friendship" and "Friendship DX" items.

They should have just kept the old name 'Friendship' from Dawn/Dusk/DS instead of making it 'Camaraderie' then it would have prolly made more sense for people that using a mon increases friendship

This, also it's better to rename your training digimons, because it's really easy to miss it in the sea of Digimons that you will have in the future.
