Recommended team for Hard Mode Post-Game?
So, simple question that I have to find an answer for; what team of digimon do I need to have for the post-game stuff in Hard Mode? I've been looking around a bunch so far, but all the answers I can find are either seriously outdated - like talking about the regular version of the game when I was looking for the Complete Edition - or staggeringly unhelpful - like saying that "any digimon is good for post-game, as long as you avoid the bad ones"... without telling me which digimon are the bad ones.

Currently, I'm actually still on my first run, in chapter 8; got started on the grind extra early so I wouldn't have to worry about things later on. Currently, I have Belphemon RM and BanchoLeomon, and I'm fixing to pick up BlackWargreymon and MirageGaogamon BM. However, I have no clue whether or not those are really good or not; I was just picking some of my favorites.

Hence, I came to you guys for help; what digimon should I start grinding for my team for Hard Mode post-game? Like I said, I know I'm super early, I'm just looking to cut down on the mandatory grinding later on, so if anyone can give me an idea of what digimon I should have, I would greatly appreciate it.

I shoud say that you need only digimons that do "penetrating damages". Sadly because of the co-existance of PvP and PvE, There is no better digimons to choose. And even trying to use some patience to level them up, would give to you nothing but plain and statistically mediocre digimons.
I suggest however, Gallantmon CM - Alphamon Ouryuken - Rosemon BM.

Beelzemon BM and Jesmon are probably good options to add to that list. Beelzemon does good damage with a penetrating attack and I'm pretty sure he has some sort of life steal, and Jesmon's temporary invulnerability is really valuable vs bosses like Imperialdramon PM who launch big volleys of attacks, just make sure you have a way to counter bosses with instant death effects.

tl;dr you want the following:

At least two piercers for each type. Rosemon BM is basically mandatory since it's the only single-target Data piercer (Gryphonmon doesn't count), but the rest are flexible. Popular picks are Ouryumon, Alphamon Ouryuken, Beelzemon BM, Arcadiamon Mega, Gallantmon CM, and probably more that I'm forgetting. There's honestly a lot of good options here for Virus/Vaccine. In HM you also want AoE piercing more than in CS due to a handful of Eater fights. So Belphemon SM, Plesiomon (who is also the only other Data piercer), Arcadiamon Ultra, etc.

Major support units. Jesmon for Weltgeist, MarineAngemon for SP management and status cleanse, Sakuyamon for buff removal, Gankoomon for anti-nukes, Mastemon for %-based damage early in fights, Sistermon Blanc A. for god mode button, Belphemon SM/Machinedramon for anti-sleep, etc. I'm probably missing a few, but that's a strong start for covering most situations.

Blisteringly fast Mons like Leopardmon LM or Ulforce for item usage. Crusadermon and Leopardmon with all-in investments on speed can also probably fill that role and have very good support skills, but I'd avoid going any slower than them for this role.

Grind bros, PlatinumNumemon, BlackKingNumemon, and PrinceMamemon. But they're a given I guess.
