Report a translation problem
Make sure you set the leader to a Digimon with the personality of the stat you want the rest trained in, and remember that each Digimon's individual personality will also affect what stats get increased.
For example a Brainy leader and a Nimble training Digimon will result in a 30 boost to INT for the leader, but a boost of 15 INT and 15 SPD for the Nimble Digimon.
Setting for the Tough Training Course comes with a CAM loss, but it's the most efficient, and in my experience, CAM increases very fast anyway.
