How painful is the beginning?
Being a Japanese game I expect a certain amount of.. slowness at the beginning, like an extended tutorial with way too much rambling dialogue. Is this accurate and how long does it take to get to the meat of the gameplay?

about 1 hour and 45 min in before my second battle. Ugggg annoying, but picks up after so far. Yes very annoying amounts of reading and most of it boring and useless. But so far skipping a ton of dialogue hasnt messed me up.

I love Japanese games once they get going. I like grinding and collecting and all that good stuff. Problem is they are often filled with dialogue that seems like it could get the point across with like, less than half as many words.

Just got around to finally playing the game, finally got to my first encounter, they one shot my mon and booted me back to the title screen. Apparently there is no such thing has auto saves in this game, so I lost all my progress. I know it warned me to save, but no auto saves at all? Alright. Hard believing that this game was made in 2015, but alright.

It's clog with EXCESSIVE rambling dialogue that has no relevance or substance to the main story and even side mission at times from beginning until the end and majority of it is from kyoko kuremi. The game finally felt mobile and free from unnecessary writing after u beat the final main mission with a few new end game challenge and side mission pops up after it. This game badly needed a skip dialogue and cutscene function.

I love the grind and the battle system, Would have loved to replay this game from scratch several time if the writing wasn't so insufferable.
