Mastemon and her "Kill half of the enemy's total HP regardless of protections "is rather bad in the beginning and middle game but a godsend in the end game.
Alphamon Ouryuken is by far the heaviest hitter I've ever seen and its' main ability ( Ultimate Ouryuken) will eat from 1/4th to 1/3rd of the health bar of final bosses in the game, however it eats a lot of SP so you may need to reduce some of its' stats and put all the points towards sp so you can use it at least 3 times.
If you want something else that doesn't involve damage penetration (Because as someone else already said digimons without damage penetration are trash) UltraforceVeedramon (And Kentaurosmon to some degree) is good to fill the queue with nothing but your attacks, he is not as good as he used to be but as long as you aren't facing a turn cheater like VenomMyotismon you can effectively lock your opponent out of doing anything.
*Omnimon Zwart (the black one, the penetrating move is Int and he is more Int oriented)
*Alphamon Ouryuken
*Mastermon (but treat her as a support)
*Sistermon B (Awake) stupidly broken strong digimon
Other penetrating digimons:
Chaosmon (Int move but he is Str oriented and more trouble to make than it worth)
Omnimon (same deal as Zwart but he is Str oriented while the penetrating move is Int)
