how do i beat matadormon

You might have a few Pen Block accessories in your inventory, try those.

all status guards pen blocks but no sight of panic guard or panic guard dx

I won't lie, I put it on easy for that fight if we are talking about the same digimon.

how do you put into easy mode??

There is no easy mode. Iirc the only problem i got from this battle was because of the panic attack. I just equipped panic barrier dx for my digimons to prevent that. I also had marine angemon for healing so you might want to get that if you're having trouble to keep up with healing. If you have trouble with damage, just get digimon with penetrating attacks. Just make sure you don't have data digimon in your active party.

uses sistermon blancs protect wave and he loses all threat because he cant panic you any more

or equip panic barriers

Sorry OP, didn't mean to spread false info. It's been months since I touched the game. Normal is infinitely more easier than hard. As per poster above, Sistermon blanc protect wave is definitely good, might even make it an easy win.
