Unable to complete mission 'Time Capsule Snow Woman".

I am told to ask around Broadway for clues related to a broken air conditioner, but even after asking every single npc in the area multiple times, nothing changes. I saw an apparition of a woman before starting the actual mission, and talked to her. I was thinking that maybe that wasn't supposed to happen, and I was supposed to talk to her after taking the mission on. Did I break my game's progression?

If you've talked to everyone, either look around for some glitchy blue effects on an AC, or go back to the detective office.

Is the glitchy blue effect you're talking about on the first floor by any chance, because that's the only time i've seen that effect, and that's the one I activated before the mission started? Haven't seen anything else like it anywhere on any floor of the building. There doesn't seem to be a complex layout, so I feel like it'd be hard to miss.

If I remember correctly, you should go to K-Cafe on the 4th floor. There you'll continue the mission.

So, I started a new game, and found out that the quest doesn't even trigger until you do things the way I did on my first try, so I was wrong about that. I went through things pretty much the same way, and this time, the man in the cafe is able to be progress the quest. On my other save, nothing seems to be different, the the man at the cafe just gives generic dialogue. I had to replay the game, but the problem is solved now. I guess I ran into a random bug.

Solo es presionar "(A) Xbox control " delante de la puerta, si no te deja entrar es por que tienes una misión aparte donde tendrás que terminarla.
