Hacker's Memory has the Abyss Server, which I think is 40 floors of Digimon ending with a fight against GranDracmon. You can only save every ten floors, if I remember correctly.
There's also the Offline Colosseums you can do in both games. With Master Cup being the most difficult.
I'm not sure what you mean by bond, there is no real interaction with them in game outside of Digiline, but in Hacker's Memory you can build up a friendship with specific Digimon and characters on missions. Not your own Digimon, unfortunately.
I always played games like Pokémon / Digimon for my partners and not really the battling, so yes there's definitely at least three of my Digimon that I'd say I've developed a bond with. They are not my 'tools for battle,' but I'm sure I'm in the minority...
Maybe try Digimon ReArise on the phone? It's not as good as Cyber Sleuth, but it IS F2P. I've been having a blast with it for the last week.
those arent post game, they unlock in the final chapter and you can do them before the final boss. the only post game CS has is the master cup
