Help I can't break the wall in chapter 3 ?

In Kwloon lvl 2 in chapter 3 of the game there is a green wall that need 4 rookie digimon or better but even though I have them there is no option for me to break the level 2 wall. There is only level 1 wall option but obviously it doesn't work for this wall. I am in the chapter where I have to help Nokia find the digimon she is looking for, but unfortunately the option to break the wall does not exist.

you cant break certain walls until later parts of the story.
