Farm Development kits?

I am trying to find the kits that allow me to make more farms, but I have yet to be successful. In every guide I've read, they all say "start of chapter 4, first main case, by the wolf boss" for the first one, but I didn't get that main case, nor did I fight any wolf boss, and I just started chapter 5?

What version are you playing? Sleuth or Hacker? also, the farm development/plugins are kinda slow to get, but they are pretty hard to miss. As long as you do the cases/pick up the chests in each dungeon/area you'll eventually pick them all up

They say missing elevator case, but i did not have that.
I found another website that gives other data:

Chapter 6 - Red Mission-07 reward.

Chapter 10 - Valhalla Server treasure chest.

Chapter 15 - Shibuya Digital Shift treasure chest.

Chapter 19 - Tokyo New Government Office treasure chest. 13F

I'm at the beginning of Chapter 6, i'll see if i find it there. But since this post is from 2020, i can assume you've already found them?
