Very likely the Switch version will have the same censored Digimon probably as I saw in another topic and from the guides section. But on the Switch, there's no easy way to reverse that without having CFW.

As far as I know both the original games are only censored in NA but the Complete Edition is censored everywhere outside of Japan, no matter which platform. The censorship really doesn't matter on PC at all since you can so easily just fix it.

They're asking about it on the Switch, which is harder to mod for without having CFW on it.
