Digimon World 3/2003 remake?
I found this on reddit.

So I've been recently replaying through Digimon 2003 again and remembered how much I love this game! Story line was pretty decent and for a Digimon game, a pretty long game! There were plenty of places to explore and things to collect. However, the amount of Digimon available was below satisfactory. Can you imagine how amazing this game would look visually on the PS4 (think of Next Order graphics) and a much, much larger pool of Digimon to use? What does everyone else think?

My opinion is that we need this certain game.It was one of the best ps1 games the whole time.Let us vote. <3

Totalmente de acuerdo, amaria jugar algo como digimon world con la cantidad de digimon de este gran juego y sobre todo entrenar cada stats y hacer cada digimon unico!!

Remaking Digimon World in the format of Cyber Sleuth would be an absolute life-gasm. However I estimate a .0001% chance of this ever happening.

Remake is probably out of question for such and old game. But they could make an sort of spiritual successor to it. I'm also replaying the game again and the only downside is the amount of grind required to get some of the high level megas(thank god for emulators and turbo mode).

no thanks. type chart is non existent so you just use your strongest skills only (the DS games also had this problem) and there's a ♥♥♥♥ tonne of pointless back and forth travel. if they added in fast travel the game would lose 90% of its play time, but it would also cause a ridiculous difficulty jump due to the thousands of missed fights.

I never played this game originally, but I tried giving it a go only last year - I think somebody who played it growing up would have a different experience, but I found it to be an unenjoyable, unplayable mess.

A remake would fix this, and if it really was a good game then less work for them trying to work out how to make it good. I'd not complain about more Digimon games.

To see and experience a new fresh Digimon World 2003 game would be one big excitement, for fans from all the arround the world. There would be many who would be ready to purchase such beautiful game. Hope to see DMW3 accessible here in Steam. It must be released. Steam should understand that there will always have people who admire good old games such as DMW3 which brought alot of joy to all who first time experienced it on PlayStation.
