Report a translation problem
This made me want to buy the game in switch version until I realized that you gotta pay extra for online services.
The game is showing an X instead of a square, literally unplayable, am i right?
It's honestly the worst translation in a video game I've purchased in over 25 years of gaming. I don't know how it's putting 80's Japanese titles to shame in a release from 2015.
But honestly the translation is also the least of my worries. I feel like this game is really lacking in mechanical depth when I compare it to the previous Digimon Story games. To me it feels like everything interesting was stripped away and they just went butt-backwards with the changes to the DigiFarm which is no longer passive and requires manual babysitting every 30 mins - 2 hours.
Yeah having option text boxes filled with broken sentences is just a plain bad translation and bad QA. Nothing more, nothing less. Don't make excuses for poor quality and lack of care put into this translation.
