So, I just heard that you can get Sistermon Noir back into the game by renaming the DSDBA.steam.mvgl file in the 'resourses' folder of the game

Well, I've made a post, two times, about how to get them with all the details explained a bit better about the Sistermon Noir's unlocking, but the first time it got taken down because a softie snitched me - I know who they are - and the second time I took it down myself to avoid any more drama.

In a sense, it's almost impossible to get Noir and the Agumons legally, because you have to rename the DSDBA.steam.mvgl resulting in "modification" for Noir and to use CE and tick the option "have all Digimon 200%" and "Unlock all Digimon in the Load" so you can just load them normally, yes, that goes for every Digimon thus, resulting in hacking/cheating.

I am actually concerned right now, that the same softie sissy will report my comment here, too, because, so far, I am the only bad person here that promotes modding and cheating and whatnot.

Basically an older sister to Sistermon Blanc, this game was supposed to be their first time appearing in a main game, but Noir got censored in US release and her name was changed to Ciel, probably because of her Black cat wimple.

The Digimon dev. team redesigned the censored ver. and made it in an actual Digimon, so this is probably never happening again

well ok, but i dont seems to recall her appearance on cyber sleuth... that digimon only appear on hackers memory? ive complete once on cyber sleuth(never fond of hackers memory due to bossy girl and the MC being kinda weird character) but is there a quest to unlock her or other super secret digimon that can be legally? or those super secret digimon only for CE?

I have yet to clear cyber sleuth, so I have yet to jump on hacker's memory, but in this complete edition, you can have all the digimons you could on hacker's memory, which includes sistermons as well.

yes well, is there a chronology way to get her/them? like i heard to get one of knight, the digimon(kinda forget the name though) need to drop the sword 1st to get it. or slightly a better word, quest

Nope, I was able to get sistermon blanc from tokomon (IIRC) from the get to go, so there shouldn't be any requirements like the example you made, and this holds true for every sistermon out there.

The Complete Edition added Hacker's Memory's 'mons to Cyber Sleuth, before this, they were only pre-order bonus for the second game

Btw for all those saying Ciel is a censor swap of Noir shes not shes her Twin the games biography state there 2 seperate digis so why do people say Ciel is a replacent of noir

That's because Ciel is replacing Noir due to censorship, because, Japanese devs didn't want to insult religion with original Sistermon Noir's design. There was a lot of talk behind the scenes about this, in the end, if they really were twins, they could just keep both of them, especially in the complete version now, but they didn't. They are the same exact digimon, it's only the design been different, though, Noir still exists in the game's files, they haven't removed her. When the original game of HM released officially after the original CS, they made Ciel an official digimon. The game and the wiki does say Ciel is the twin sister of Noir, but we all know that this was basically a forced censorship. There were many other theories as to why this happened, but someone here told me devs just didn't want to have problem with religion in NA and that's why they changed it, Noir is the only actual design.
